Players can choose to play in a single event without joining the tour. The cost for a non-tour member to play in a single event is $15 in addition to the $50 tournament entry fee ($65 total). If the player later decides to participate in another event she will then have to pay $20 for the yearly tour membership fee ($35 minus the $15 already paid). If the player wants to be eligible to qualify for a WPBA event she will also have to pay the WPBA yearly membership fee which is $25 for conditional membership and $150 for non-exempt membership (see Membership Fees for an explanation of WPBA memebership designations). If a non-tour member opts not to join the WPBA and happens to win the Qualifier then the qualifying spot will pass to the tour member that finished highest in the event. No tour points will be awarded to a non-tour member playing in a single event, even if the player later joins the tour.

There is a large parking lot located behind the pool hall. The entrance is located between CVS and Dunkin Donuts.

Pre registration is a great idea so you can reserve your spot. The fees are as follows:

1 yr membership to New England Women's Pool Tour = $35.
Single event fee (in lieu of yearly tour membership fee) for a non-tour member to play in a single event (can only be done once per year)= $15.
Qualifier Event = $50.
WPBA conditional membership fee = $25.
WPBA non-exempt membership fee = $150.
